Objective 1: To promote Hip Hop as a “World Culture” as a feature of the “United Nations Decade for People of
African Descent 2015-2024” and its theme of “People of African Descent,
Recognition, Justice, and Development.”Objective 2: To conduct programming centered on the recognition component of the UN Decade for People of African Descent “to promote a greater knowledge of and respect for the diverse heritage, culture, and contribution of people of African descent to the development of societies.”
Objective 3: To gain recognition and celebration for Hip Hop as a world culture music and art forms by the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
